Hello BBT Families!
Can you believe it is October already?
We have made a lot of progress in the first month but there is more to come, and we are going to hit October running!
Communication:
Please let us know if someone in your family is not receiving the email communications. In some instances the emails are going to the dancers and not their parents, or to another family member.
Please take time to enter your emails addresses (as many as you would like) to receive notifications to the email distribution list found on the Family Resources Page.
Planning:
Attached to this notification is the October rehearsal and costume fitting schedule. There is a lot going on here so please review carefully. Where we know there may be conflict between rehearsals we will be contacting the families of those individuals to let them know where we would like them to be in attendance. In some cases, the role is double (or triple cast) and in this case we will ask certain dancers to join in one rehearsal or another so that we can efficiently set the choreography. We will make sure that everyone learns their choreography and has plenty of time to practice before the performances. We have done our best to accommodate everyone's availability, please continue to notify us of any known conflicts you may have.

Sunday November 5, we will have our annual Nutcracker Photo-shoot Fundraiser! Come take festive photos they make great gifts to give your friends and family (or keep for yourself), capturing this moment in your dancer's life to cherish for years to come.
Thanksgiving:
Just like last year, we will not be holding rehearsals on Saturday November 25, please enjoy the time away from the studio. However be prepared for when we return the following two Saturdays are all day commitments in studio and then it is show weekend.
Our performance weekend launches on Friday December 15, when we will load in our costumes, props, floor, sets and finishes with dress rehearsal! Saturday December 16 we will have two (2) performances and one (1) on Sunday December 17. Call times to be announced at a later date. We will be posting an updated Cast List in the studio very soon to reflect the following cast assignments. Keep your eyes peeled for the launch of our Box Office, reserve your favorite seat ahead of time!

Become a member of the Board of Directors: We are still looking for board members, if you or anyone you know wants to become more involved in providing quality dance performance and workshop opportunities for the children in our community. It takes a committed team to make this production and our other programming available, with more hands we lessen the load. Fundraising:
The See's Candy Fundraiser is live! Please be sure to sell, sell, sell those tasty treats, remember each participant has agreed to sell $120.00 worth of treats. You should have received two emails regarding this, if you have not please let us know ASAP.

Reminders:
Please utilize the YouTube Channel to practice when you have missed rehearsal, or if you need more time learning your dances. We cannot emphasize the how helpful having this tool is especially for those whom may feel overwhelmed by the entire experience.
