October Rehearsal Schedule, Volunteering, & More!

Hello BBT Families! We've had so much fun beginning rehearsals with your dancers these past few weeks!
An updated rehearsal schedule is attached for the rest of September and the first three weeks of October. Please review carefully to find the dates/times that correspond with your dancer's roles as well as the costume fittings that will be next to your dancer’s rehearsal. Let me know if you have any questions about the rehearsal schedule, and if your dancer needs to miss a rehearsal for any reason, please let us know in advance by contacting me at giannazahner@gmail.com.
There is also an updated cast list attached to this email. A quick note to the parents who have volunteered for adult roles in the Nutcracker, thank you! There have been some changes so please look over the cast list carefully. Thank you for your patience as we continue to finalize these roles.
Please don’t forget our show dates are December 13th and 14th! Mark your calendars and invite your friends and family to come see your dancer in this amazing production.
Here is the link for the volunteer Sign-up Genius. Please sign up there to get your first choice on volunteer positions. Anyone in your family can help - grandparents, teenage siblings, family friends. We can't do a production of this magnitude without everyone's help!
Lastly, we have been uploading videos of rehearsals to the BBT Youtube channel for your dancer to review and practice at home, especially if they missed a rehearsal. This is a great tool to help with remembering choreography and practicing tricky parts of the dance! Please remember not to share these videos with anyone outside of BBT or to social media. It is a private channel used for rehearsal purposes only.
