There is so much to be excited about regarding this year's production we cannot wait to share it with you!
First of all, it seems not everyone who wants to receive emails regarding The Nutcracker is on my list. We apologize for the confusion and are working to get the correct contact for each participant.
Innovation:
If you want to see any of the emails I have sent out to the families of this year's production, want to check the rehearsal schedule, watch the rehearsal videos, learn about our fundraising efforts (eventually), or subscribe to the communications distribution list... I am pleased to announce we now have a "one-stop spot" for that! Please select "Nutcracker 2023 Family Resources" on the main menu of the BBT website and enter the password "Drosselmeyer23". If you don't want to log into the password protected resources page, you can also visit the "Calendar" where the rehearsals are also posted.
Planning:
Attached to this email please find the rehearsal schedule for the rest of September. Please note that rehearsals are very important, and if you haven't told me about your known conflicts between now and December 17 please let me know as soon as possible. It is important for me to know so I can be efficient with the little rehearsal time we have.
Support:
Please keep an eye out for the opportunities to volunteer for this production. There are so many different volunteer responsibilities, we are sure there is something that suits you and your schedule. Plus anyone of your friends or family can volunteer their time on behalf of your participant(s).
