Hello BBT families!
Casting a full production like this is a complex puzzle that takes time and we appreciate the patience you have shown us. Before we get into that, a note about today's rehearsal schedule. The dancers required for today's rehearsal have been contacted, if you did not receive an email or "GroupMe" message you are not expected in today's rehearsal.
Please find the cast list attached below, it will be posted at the studio today and on the website eventually with the rehearsal schedule and a log of all the mass notification emails I've sent out.
There are a few things to note.
1) The order of the cast does not indicate which day your dancer will perform which role. This will be decided at a future date.
2) Casting does not include the roles for adult participants and understudies. Those roles will be added once we have confirmed them with the invited participants.
4) If we are inviting you to understudy you will receive a notification in a separate email.
3) If your dancer is listed next to a role with "*" it is to indicate that their role has a part in the "Party Scene" and the "Battle Scene" in Act 1.
Each participant has at least two roles, please use the "search" function on the pdf to search for your dancer's roles by their name.
The rehearsal schedule for the month of September will be sent out by the end of the day tomorrow. Thank you to all of you who've sent their conflicts, and if you have an obligation or know you will not be available during the scheduled rehearsal time please let me know ASAP.
